Dec 5 2014 Proposed FEDOOP Operating Permit for Marcus Paint Company, Inc.

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a FEDOOP operating permit to Marcus Paint Company, Inc. (paint manufacturing), 235 East Market Street in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The 30 day public comment period starts December 6, 2014 and ends on January 5, 2015. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a FEDOOP operating permit to Coral Graphics Services, Inc.(Lithographic Printing Operation), 4700 Commerce Crossing Drive in accordance with Regulation 2.17.  The 30 day public comment period starts December 6, 2014 and ends on January 6, 2015.  A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

The heroes’ goal is to help the children have a nice holiday.  Councilwoman Vicki Aubrey Welch (D-13) and Councilman David Yates (D-25) will join Congressman John Yarmuth (D-Kentucky) and many area Police Officers, Firefighters, EMS, Veterans and Active Members of all branches of the US Military as they “Shop with a Hero” this Saturday, December 6th.

Riverside, the Farnsley-Moremen Landing will host an “Old-Fashioned Family Holiday Festival” on December 6, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This community holiday celebration will include photo opportunities with Santa, arriving by horse-drawn wagon at 3 p.m., as well as holiday craft activities for children, and musical performances by area church and school choirs.
