May 29 2019 Air Pollution Control District Proposed Permit

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to renew a FEDOOP operating permit for Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete, LLC (concrete batch plant), 1561 East Washington Street, Louisville, KY 40206 in accordance with Regulation 2.17. This is a standard FEDOOP renewal, ownership/name change and removal of greenhouse gas limits. The 30-day public comment period starts on May 30, 2019, and ends on July 01, 2019. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

This is a standard FEDOOP renewal, incorporation of construction permit for new flexographic printing presses and cutters. The 30-day public comment period starts on May 30, 2019, and ends on July 01, 2019. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
