Residents encouraged to sign up and complete a Smart911 Safety Profile to enhance their personal safety in the event they need to call 9-1-1.

Sep 12 2016 City of Louisville Announces EMT Recruit Class

LOUISVILLE, Ky., September 12, 2016 – The city of Louisville announced today that it is filling an EMT Recruit Class and is now accepting applications. EMT Recruits will attend a paid training in preparation for obtaining an EMT Certification. Training is expected to start by January 2017 and will consist of class five days a week from 8am-4pm.
