Jun 18 2015 Boil Water Advisory Issued for Crescent Hill and Surrounding AreasThursday, June 18, 2015Louisville Water Company has issued a Boil Water Advisory for approximately 33,000 customers in the Crescent Hill and surrounding areas.  The advisory comes after a 60-inch water main break on Grinstead Drive.  Please see the expanded map and listing of affected streets for more information.  The Boil Water Advisory is for those customers within the boundary lines drawn on the map.

Louisville Water staff offers guided tours on the second Wednesday of each month from 11am – 7pm, from June through September.  The Crescent Hill Reservoir is located near 201 Reservoir Avenue, between Frankfort Avenue and Brownsboro Road.

May 3 2015 Restored Crescent Hill Gatehouse Re-Opens May 13Monday, May 11, 2015The fully restored historic Crescent Hill Gatehouse is re-opening May 13 with a special open house open to the public from 5:30- 8:00 p.m. Work on the gatehouse began in 2013 and includes both interior and exterior work. Except for repair work after the 1974 tornado, this is the first large-scale restoration of the gatehouse, which was designated a Kentucky Historic Site in 2010.
