BASF is alleged to have violated District Regulation 5.02 (Adoption and Incorporation of National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants) at the facility located on Bank Street in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Brookside is alleged to have violated District Regulations 2.03 (Authorization to Construct or Operate; Demolition/Renovation Notices and Permit Requirements) and 5.04 (Adoption of Federal Emission Standard for Asbestos) at the facility located on Whitehall Terrace in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
