Send Metro Council your thoughts on the FY23 budget with the online comment form
The deadline to submit comments online is Friday, June 3, at 5:00 p.m.
Louisville – The deadline to submit a public comment form and share your thoughts about the proposed FY23 budget is fast approaching.
To encourage public participation in the budget process, Metro Council scheduled two Public Comment Hearings on May 18 and June 2. Metro Council also created an online comment form as an easy way to express your thoughts about what should or shouldn’t be a priority in the budget.
The comment form was activated on Metro Council’s website on April 28 after the Mayor’s Budget Address, and the link will close on Friday, June 3, at 5:00 p.m. There is a deadline for the online forms because the Budget Committee needs time to review all the comments and all the hearings before making any changes.
Metro Council will vote on the budget on June 23.
