Louisville- The Louisville Metro Council’s Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a special public hearing on the Revised Detailed District Development Plan for the BAE Systems’ Warehouse Expansion on Tuesday, January 12th, beginning at 11:00am.
“This hearing is being conducted to give the public a chance to speak for or against on this project,” says Councilwoman Madonna Flood (D-24), who chairs the committee. “It is important that the committee hear all sides before deciding on this project.”
The BAE Systems’ Warehouse is at 105 Rochester Drive.
“Today’s participation in the land use process is vital for shaping the neighborhoods of tomorrow. We look forward to hearing from the community about development plans in the Southside neighborhood,” says Councilwoman Nicole George (D-21).
