Two businesses were approved in the amount of $150,000 by the Louisville Metropolitan Business Development Corporation. These loans will leverage a total investment of $1.6 million to assist two companies to renovate properties and prepare them for productive commercial reuse.

  • $50,000 façade loan to Nomad, LLC for its property located at 1809 W. Jefferson Street. The loan will allow owners, Willie Titus and Allen Lazaro, to improve the storefront and paint the building. Improvements will include a new brick wall between the parking lot and sidewalk.
  • $100,000 business loan to Against the Grain, LLC for an expansion property at 1800 Northwestern Parkway.
