Louisville City FC plays for the USL championship against the Swope Park Rangers at 9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, at Slugger Field. Louisville City reached its first USL championship game after defeating defending USL champion New York Red Bulls II on Saturday in front of more than 10,000 fans.
“Just like our city itself, Louisville City FC has built impressive momentum over the last few years,” Mayor Fischer said. “I’m urging fans from all corners to celebrate on Friday with the Louisville City’s players, coaches and owners during the pep rally, and to pack Slugger Field on Monday to cheer our team to its first USL Cup.”
Louisville City FC is offering businesses blocks of $5 tickets for the USL Cup championship with a purchase of at least 100. Businesses can get more information by calling Dave Walkovic, Director of Ticket Sales, at (502) 384-8799.
