Councilwoman Woolridge and MSD to host informational meeting concerning improvements to Central Maintenance Facility
Louisville – Residents near the MSD Central Maintenance Facility in District three are encouraged to attend a very important neighborhood meeting hosted by Councilwoman Mary C. Woolridge and officials with the Metropolitan Sewer District.
“This meeting is a chance to learn more about the proposed improvements to this MSD Facility,” says Woolridge. “I want to make sure everyone in the area has a chance to learn more and ask questions about what is ahead for this facility.”
The meeting is set for Tuesday, January 27th at the Hill Street Baptist Church, 2203 Dixie Highway. It begins at 6:30pm.
Councilwoman Woolridge and MSD Officials will be on hand to discuss the relocation and improvement set for the vactor disposal area located on MSD’s property at 3050 Commerce Center Place.
“it is important that everyone in the area have a full understanding of what has been proposed and how it may impact neighborhoods. It is also important to know the time table for this project and how it will be completed,” says Woolridge. “I hope people will come and participate if they have concerns about what is being planned.”
