Councilwoman Dorsey to host the next District Three West Louisville Town Hall Meeting
Louisville – Councilwoman Keisha Dorsey is inviting the residents of District Three to a very important West Louisville Town Hall Meeting set for Tuesday, November 19th beginning at 6:00pm to deal with a status update on three community issues in the district.
Those issues are code enforcement concerns, Quiet Zone designation and an update on street lighting in certain areas of the district.
“I want to make sure everyone has a chance to learn more about these three topics and ask questions,” says Councilwoman Dorsey. “It is important that everyone be updated on these three areas that may have an impact on their lives.”
The District Three West Louisville Town Hall Meeting will take place at the Hill Street Missionary Baptist Church at 2203 Dixie Highway.
Councilwoman Dorsey has invited Robert Kirchdorfer, the head of Codes and Regulations for Metro Government to answer questions about recent issues of code enforcement violations. Marianne Butler, of Louisville Gas and Electric, has been invited to update the community on the recent delays of street lighting in some areas that the district funded last year.
“This is also an opportunity to let me know what is on your mind and how my office can help you,” says Dorsey. “I encourage everyone to come out and join us.”
