Councilwoman Chambers Armstrong to host virtual Town Hall Meeting on Bardstown Road Issues
Louisville – Councilwoman Cassie Chambers Armstrong (D-8) will host a Bardstown Rd. Virtual Town Hall on Wednesday, January 27th to talk about the challenges facing the corridor.
“I’ve heard from a lot of people with concerns about Bardstown Road, from how we support our struggling small businesses to how we find long-term solutions for our neighbors experiencing homelessness. I invite local residents, organizations, and businesses to join us for a virtual conversation about how to move the Bardstown Road corridor forward,” says the Councilwoman. “We have an excellent panel of confirmed guests to talk about the issues facing our community, the work that is being done, and the opportunities to do more.”
Joining Councilwoman Chambers Armstrong will be representatives from Coalition for the Homeless, the Highlands Commerce Guild, Louisville Forward, LMPD, and more.
The Virtual Town Hall Meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom and Council Member Chambers Armstrong's Facebook page. To get access to the meeting go to: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84186407544#success
