Councilman Reno-Weber to host family friendly community meeting

May 23, 2024

Louisville (May 23, 2024) – Join Councilman Ben Reno-Weber (D-8) for a family-friendly community meeting this Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Noon. Meet the Councilman at the Tyler Park playground, located at 1501 Castlewood Avenue.

Have you wanted to attend a District 8 meeting previously, but faced childcare constraints? Here’s your chance to get involved. Bring your entire family and let them enjoy the Tyler Park playground while you engage with Councilman Reno-Weber and his team regarding district issues.

“This is another great opportunity for you to get involved with your local government. Bring along your kids or furry companions and meet me in Tyler Park this Saturday. Let’s discuss issues important to you,” said Councilman Reno-Weber.

Dad joke of the meeting, “Why don’t scientist trust atoms?”  Come to the meeting to hear the punchline.

This meeting is open to the public, but registration is requested for planning purposes. Please respond online here:

Councilman Reno-Weber will be hosting monthly community meetings (and telling horrible jokes) through the end of the calendar year as part of a multi-faceted approach to engaging District 8 residents. Meetings will be held at various times during the day to allow for maximum flexibility for residents.
