Councilman James announces next “Community Conversation” set for Tuesday, September 19th
Louisville – Councilman David James brings Metro Government to the people of the Parkhill area at “Community Conversation” set for Tuesday, September 19th.
“It is important for the people of District 6 to maintain a connection with the people who work for Metro Government so they can have any concerns or issues addressed,” says James. “These conversations hopefully will make it easier for many people who have a difficult time taking off from work to travel to a department or agency if they have a problem.”
September’s “Community Conversation” will be held at the Parkhill Community Center, 1703 South Thirteenth Street, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
Joining Councilman James will be representatives from Metro Public Works, Codes and Regulations, Harm Reduction, Neighborhood Place, MSD and LMPD to, who will be on hand to share information about their departments and agencies, how they work, and what they are working on in our community.
“Come talk to me about an issue and come find out what’s going on in the district,” says James.
