Council members Holton Stewart, Fowler, Triplett, and President James release statement on the reopening of the Iroquois Loop

Louisville – Council members Amy Holton Stewart (D-25), Cindi Fowler (D-14), Kevin Triplett (D-15), and President David James (D-6) have released the following statement on the announcement of the reopening of the Iroquois Loop in Iroquois Park:

“We are thankful the Mayor has heard our calls to reopen Iroquois Park, immediately. Our neighbors have been patiently waiting throughout Spring for equal access to the park. We look forward to taking action to ensure any road closure is equitable, afforded necessary public input and done with the consent and approval of the Louisville Metro Council.”
