"Be The One" Mentoring Challenge
Mayor Fischer launched the “Be The One” Mentoring Challenge with Metro United Way and numerous mentoring organizations. This is a citywide challenge to connect mentors with young people.
This yearlong mentoring challenge is intended to meet a great need in our community – there is a long waiting list of young people looking for mentors.
Mentoring is an opportunity to become a positive role model for a young person, a chance to help someone make a right turn in life.
