The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will accept oral statements at a public hearing on January 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Edison Room on the first floor of the Edison Center at 701 W. Ormsby Avenue, Louisville, on amendments to District Regulation 1.15 Version of Federal Regulations Adopted and Incorporated by Reference, Version 19; Regulation 2.03 Authorization to Construct or Operate; Demolition/Renovation Notices and Permit Requirements, Version 9; Regulation 2.05 Prevention of Significant Deterioration of Air Quality, Version 13; Regulation 2.08 Fees, Version 27; Regulation 6.07 Standards of Performance for Existing Indirect Heat Exchangers, Version 4; Regulation 6.09 Standards of Performance for Existing Process Operations, Version 7; Regulation 6.13 Standards of Performance for Existing Storage Vessels for Volatile Organic Compounds, Version 7; Regulation 6.26 Standards of Performance for Existing Volatile Organic Compound Water, Version 3; Regulation 6.31 Standards of Performance for Existing Miscellaneous Metal Parts and Products Surface Coating Operations, Version 6; Regulation 7.06 Standards of Performance for New Indirect Heat Exchangers, Version 3; Regulation 7.08 Standards of Performance for New Process Operations, Version 4; Regulation 7.12 Standards of Performance for New Storage Vessels for Volatile Organic Compounds Version 7; Regulation 7.20 Standards of Performance for New Gasoline Loading Facilities at Bulk Plants, Version 3; Regulation 7.36 Standards of Performance for New Volatile Organic Compound Water Separators, Version 4; and Regulation 7.59 Standards of Performance for New Miscellaneous Metal Parts and Products Surface Coating Operations, Version 6, which were proposed on November 15, 2017. If adopted by the Board, the amendments to Regulations 2.03v9, 2.05v13, 6.07v4, 6.09v7, 6.13v7, 6.26v3, 6.31v6, 7.06v3, 7.08v4, 7.12v7, 7.20v3, 7.36v4, and 7.59v6 will be submitted to US EPA for inclusion in the Kentucky State Implementation Plan.
