Between August 2, 2019, and September 3, 2019, the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District held a public comment period on a proposed Federally Enforceable District Origin Operating Permit (FEDOOP) permit for Heaven Hill Distilleries – Bernheim Facility, Inc., 1701 West Breckinridge Street, Louisville, KY 40210, in accordance with Regulation 2.17.
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District is scheduling a public hearing on this proposed permit on Thursday, March 26, 2020, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Edison Room at the Edison Center, 701 West Ormsby Avenue, Louisville, KY 40203 in accordance with Regulations 1.08 and 2.07. Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing.
The draft permit and statement of basis is available for review at the APCD’s office, 701 W. Ormsby Ave., Suite 303, Louisville, KY 40203, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by calling Matt King at (502) 574-6714. An electronic copy of the proposed permit is also available on APCD’s website at www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/Docket.htm. Copies of the application are available upon request.
Written statements will be accepted by the District Secretary-Treasurer, Rachael Hamilton, Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, 701 W. Ormsby Ave., Suite 303, Louisville, KY 40203, until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2020. Written statements will also be accepted electronically until 7:00 p.m. via the Internet at the e-mail address airpermits @ louisvilleky.gov. Oral statements will be accepted at a public hearing in the Edison Room at the Edison Center, 701 W. Ormsby Ave., Louisville, KY, 40203 between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on March 26, 2020.
