Notice of Action on a Title V Construction Permit

 

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a construction permit to Rohm and Haas – Louisville Plant (produces various coatings and resins), 4300 Camp Ground Road, in accordance with Regulation 2.03. This permit is being issued to incorporate Federal Regulation 40 CFR 61 Subpart FF – National Emission Standard for Benzene Waste Operations (BWON). The 30-day public comment period starts on October 10, 2020, and ends on November 9, 2020. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

http://www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/docket. Materials are not available at the District office due to the COVID-19 restrictions. Copies of the application are available upon request. Written comments will be accepted at airpermits @ louisvilleky.gov until midnight or mailed to the District office, 701 West Ormsby Avenue, Suite 303, Louisville, KY 40203, by November 9, 2020.
