Air Pollution Control District Proposed Permit
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to renew a FEDOOP operating permit for Riverside Paving and Contracting, Inc. (hot mix asphalt production facility) 263 Eiler Avenue, Louisville KY 40214 in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The 30-day public comment period starts on November 17, 2021, and ends on December 20, 2021. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

Copies of the application are available upon request. Written comments will be accepted at [email protected] until midnight or at the District office until 5:00 p.m. on December 20, 2021.
- What is the purpose of this permit? This is a standard permit renewal.
- Will this permit increase pollution? Operating Permit O-0150-21-F will not increase pollution since there is no new equipment being added.
- Does this facility have a history of non-compliance? There has not been any notice of violation since the last issuance of the operating permit. See the Compliance History table in the Statement of Basis, page 11.
