Air Pollution Control District Proposed Enforceable Board Agreement
Notice of Public Hearing via Video Teleconference
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing, via Video Teleconference due to the COVID-19 outbreak, on an Enforceable Board Agreement with Louisville Gas and Electric Company. The Enforceable Board Agreement proposes reduced NOx emissions for the 2021 Ozone season.
Written comments from the public will be accepted by the Board, Byron Gary, Secretary-Treasurer, by mail, at 701 W. Ormsby Ave. Suite 303, Louisville, KY 40203, until 5:00 p.m. May 18, 2021. Written comments will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the Internet at the e-mail address “airorders @ louisvilleky.gov”. Oral comments will be accepted at the public hearing via Video Teleconference on May 19, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Instructions on attending the Video Teleconference will be located at www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/docket prior to the meeting.
