Air Pollution Control District Proposed Agreed Board Orders
Notice of Public Hearing
via Video Teleconference
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing, via Video Teleconference due to the COVID-19 outbreak, on Agreed Board Orders with Kelley Construction, Inc. and Al J. Schneider Company. The companies are alleged to have violated District Regulation 5.04 (Adoption of Federal Emission Standard for Asbestos) at the Galt House Hotel located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
Written comments from the public will be accepted by the Board, Rachael Hamilton, Secretary-Treasurer, by mail, at 701 W. Ormsby Ave. Suite 303, Louisville, KY 40203, until 5:00 p.m. August 18, 2020. Written comments will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the Internet at the e-mail address “[email protected].” Oral comments will be accepted at the public hearing via Video Teleconference on August 19, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Instructions on attending the Video Teleconference will be located at www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/docket prior to the meeting.
