Notice of Public Meeting
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (the District) announces a Public Meeting regarding possible amendments to Regulation 5.15, Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions.
The public meeting will provide a forum to share information about this regulation and to informally discuss possible amendments and answer questions from the public. This meeting will be held via teleconference (due to the COVID-19 outbreak) from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. on July 15, 2020. Instructions on attending the teleconference will be posted at www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/Docket before the meeting and emailed to subscribers of APCD Public Notices (www.louisvilleky.gov/government/air-pollution-control-district/subscribe-stay-informed-apcd).
A paper copy of the associated Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR), along with a brief Fact Sheet, may be obtained from the District by contacting us at (502) 574-6000. Please specify that you are calling in regard to the Regulation 5.15 ANPR, provide your name and mailing address, and allow time for processing and delivery via USPS.
