The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District opened a public comment period December 11, 2020, on proposed amendments to Regulation 5.15, Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions, version 4. Written statements will be accepted via regular mail by the Board Secretary-Treasurer, Rachael Hamilton, Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, 701 W. Ormsby Ave., Suite 303, Louisville, Ky 40203, until 5:00 p.m., February 9, 2021.
The public hearing related to this action scheduled to be held via video teleconference (due to the COVID-19 outbreak) at 10:00 a.m., January 20, 2021, is cancelled. The District currently anticipates rescheduling the hearing to be held via video teleconference at 10:00 a.m., March 17, 2021. Separate notice will be published and emailed to subscribers of APCD Public Notices (https://louisvilleky.gov/government/air-pollution-control-district/subscribe-stay-informed-apcd) and posted to the docket for this action at http://www.louisvilleky.gov/apcd/docket for this future hearing.
