Notice of Public Hearing

 

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing on an Agreed Board Order with Hexion Inc. Hexion is alleged to have violated District Regulations 1.05 (Compliance with Emission Standards and Maintenance Requirements), 2.16 (Title V Operating Permits), and 5.15 (Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions) at the facility located at 6200 Camp Ground Road in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

Written comments from the public will be accepted by the Board, Rachael Hamilton, Secretary-Treasurer, 701 W. Ormsby Ave. Suite 303, Louisville, KY 40203, until 5:00 p.m. October 15, 2019. Written comments will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline at the e-mail address “airorders @ louisvilleky.gov."  Oral comments will be accepted at the public hearing on October 16, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 701 W. Ormsby Ave., Louisville.
