Planning & Implementation: We work alongside residents, faith and community based organizations and business to make sure that the One Love Louisville Action Plan is implemented, measured, evaluated and disseminated across Louisville. Each of the One Love Louisville goals and initiatives were developed as a result of months of hard work by 150 residents, community, civic and business leaders from diverse professions, lifestyles, ages and areas of the city and therefore these goals and initiatives are not under the sole ownership of the OSHN but the Louisville community. As new resources, data and information are presented; goals and initiatives will be added or edited as needed. Working towards a city of safe and healthy neighborhoods is ever-changing and thus we will continue to seek out new ways of engaging and mobilizing the community.
Governance and Accountability: One Love Louisville is governed by the following entities:
Advisory Council: provides oversight and policy guidance; they are accountable for helping to move the work forward. Mayor Fischer leads the committee, which consists of key leaders of public agencies, community and faith-based organizations, business leaders and community members.
Strategic Monitoring and Diagnosis: provides measurement and evaluation support and oversight to insure that performance measurements and key performance indicators are developed and are continuously tracked.
Implementation Team: provides monthly critique and feedback of goal, objective and initiative progress related to the One Love Louisville action plan. This committee consists of 13 dedicated community members who are able to hold initiative leads accountable for their progress.
Healthy Louisville Dashboard: this online tool provides the space for all residents to monitor the goal progress at their own leisure. The dashboard can be located at www.healthylouisvillemetro.org.
Youth Implementation Team: serves as youth advisors to the Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods Team and its partners; members meet monthly to provide feedback, suggestions and critiques of goal progress related to One Love Louisville-Youth Edition.
