If you are having trouble viewing forms on our website, then you need to make sure that Adobe Acrobat Reader XI is properly installed on your computer.

All tax forms must be printed using a high quality printer and exactly match the printed forms available from the Metro Revenue Commission.  Laser printers, ink-jet printers and bubble-jet printers, in good working condition, should give printouts of acceptable quality.  Some high-resolution dot-matrix printers may give acceptable printouts.  Thermal printers and low-resolution dot-matrix printers do not produce acceptable quality forms.
