In-person appointment changes
From October 9-16, the LMRC will only be scheduling appointments to file and pay 2022 Occupational License taxes. No other appointments will be accepted during this time.
Appointments during the Oct. 9-16 window are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM and can be scheduled by calling a customer service representative at (502) 574-4860. Tax payments may continue to be dropped off at the office without an appointment.
Translation services are available to limited English proficient individuals needing assistance with scheduling their appointment.
File and pay online
