eMINTS: Correspondence

View electronic correspondence

You can view both messages and letters sent from the Revenue Commission. After logging into eMINTS:

  1. Click the Correspondence tab. On the left is the Unread Messages section, on the right is the Unread Letters section.
  2. If you have unread messages or letters, the subject line will appear under the appropriate section heading.
  3. Click the message or letter hyper-link to view the un-read correspondence
  4. Click the View Messages or View Letters to see a list of all correspondence then click on a specific item to see the content of the correspondence

When you log in to eMINTS, an Alert will appear if you have unread messages or letters waiting for your review.

You can elect to go paperless and get all of your letters sent to eMINTS. If you have selected to go paperless, you will receive an email notifying you of letters available for viewing on eMINTS.

Note: Not all letters are available on eMINTS. Ex: Letters sent from the Legal Department are only sent by mail.
