Information for Partners:
To learn more about the LFEC and how you can partner, fill out the partnership inquiry form.
The FEC model relies on partnerships to provide services to all residents in Louisville. We have currently partnered with 20 organizations to ensure our services are widespread and accessible.
Being a Program Partner means that you are an organization that is committed to making client referrals in a structured way. We will work together and build varying levels of integration. This doesn't require formal data-sharing and is an easy way to provide more resources to our community!
A partner may choose to have an on-site counselor and integrate one of their programs with LFEC counseling. Other organizations may choose to integrate one program and provide referral services for other people they serve. Additionally, partnerships may change over time. An organization may want to begin solely making referrals to the Louisville FEC as they gauge interest from their participants. They may later request a level with higher engagement. Integration partners may determine that the Louisville FEC counseling is better served optionally to clients through co-location.

We are looking for partners from a variety of different organizations who work with residents across Louisville. Even if your organization does not directly handle the financial aspects of case management, we would still love to see if the LFEC can support increased outcomes for your program participants!
We are so excited to be working with these community partners. To learn more about how they are helping Louisville, visit their websites below!
