Louisville Metro Community Action Partnership (CAP)

Community Action Partnership (CAP) is one of the agencies that was merged together to form the Louisville Metro Department of Community Services. Louisville Metro Community Services is now the Community Action agency and CSBG (Community Services Block Grant) recipient for Jefferson County, KY. Community Services continues to provide the services that were previously associated with CAP including Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP), the Summer Food Program, and others.

This project is funded, in part, under a contract with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services with funds from the Community Services Block Grant Act of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
