Housing and Rental Assistance Programs

 

Neighborhood Place administers financial assistance, generally serving households with an employment history that meet specific policy eligibility criteria.  Financial assistance must be used for rent and utility payments. Applicants must be residents of Jefferson County and  households must have earned income with 250 work hours in the past four months, be willing to participate in case management, and meet other eligibility criteria. Households may apply for assistance once in a 24-month period.
