Office for the Blind Financial Empowerment

 

 

 

Through a partnership with the National Disability Institute (NDI),  Bank On Louisville is serving as a key national organizational partner to the NDI LEAD Center in collaboration with Louisville Metro Office of Resilience and Community Services and several local partner agencies. The purpose of this collaborative is to identify opportunities for universally designed services and supports that advance financial capability related to employment goals and to improve positive financial behavior for individuals with disabilities, particularly those who use the workforce system.

On September 18, 2015 Collaborative member organizations and their employees convened with representatives from NDI and FDIC to hear how Louisville's local workforce development, accessibility, and financial empowerment efforts align with national efforts.
