Based on comments received during the public review period between 8/28/2020 and 9/17/2020, Metro Public Works & Assets is proposing additional revisions to the current Utility Policy, last revised October 2019.
The proposed changes are primarily focused on utilities within the public right-of-way. Public Works & Assets would like to hear from all users that may be impacted by the proposed changes. The goal is to have a final policy that protects the public without burdening the stakeholders working within the right-of-way.
