Chief Conrad's Walks

NEW TIME THIS WEEK! - 6 PM

Chief Conrad's Peace Walk

In an effort to enhance relationships between the police and the community, Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) Chief Steve Conrad began walking neighborhoods throughout Louisville Metro to provide opportunities for residents to connect with him one on one. The weekly "Chief's Walks" have been a great opportunity for residents to meet the Chief and other LMPD officers in a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. The walks have also been great opportunities for neighbors to get out and meet other neighbors!

Because the "Chief's Walks" have been so well received by residents, LMPD division commanders and officers are now conducting neighborhood "Peace Walks" all over the city.

We invite you to come out and join the Chief at one of his "Chief's Walks" or take time to connect with your local officers at one of the "Peace Walks" in your neighborhood!

The "Chief's Walks" are every Tuesday from 5 pm - 6 pm unless cancelled due to inclement weather.

 * Cancellations due to inclement weather will be posted here as well as on our social media accounts.
