Volunteer Park Assessment

What is a Park Assessment?
Park assessments are a quick and easy process to score our parks, like a report card! You, the park user, can help us improve the parks you love by identifying issues you see. The park assessment gives you tools to identify and report issues directly to parks staff!
There are two options to complete an assessment. Print and take the PDF assessment with you or complete the online form! Click the buttons below to check out the options.
