Louisville Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of exercise opportunities to improve your physical fitness. From yoga to zumba to weight training and sports, Parks and Recreation exercise programs are designed to help our community participate in safe and effective fitness courses, include aerobic exercise, muscular strength, endurance conditioning and flexibility exercise. Classes and activities are offered at all of our community centers and allow us to help assist you in achieving your fitness goals.
