Descriptions

Adult Novice Clinic - A fun instructional clinic in which technique on one or more of the basic tennis strokes is emphasized. Forehand and backhand groundstrokes, forehand and backhand volleys, the serve and the overhead are emphasized. Normally, half the clinic is dedicated to developing proper stroke patterns followed by a half of fun competitive drills that help reinforce the skills that have been emphasized. These clinics are for absolute beginners or players that feel they can benefit for technical instruction.

Fast Feed Clinic - A fun aerobic tennis workout. The instructor feeds balls in competitive drills emphasizing continuous movement and reinforcing and developing skills. These clinics are open to men and women of moderate to high skill level.
