The Parking Authority of River City (PARC) provides public parking to meet the existing and future needs of the community. With 15 garages and 4 lots in and around the central business district, totaling more than 11,000 spaces in garages and lots and over 5,000 metered on-street spaces, PARC ensures its operations are run in an efficient, safe, convenient, and user-friendly manner..
