You and your community are invited to join TARCand the project team at a public kick-off meeting Thursday, December 13, 2018, from 5 - 7 p.m. at TARC's headquarters located at 1000 West Broadway, Louisville, Kentucky.TARC's headquarters is serviced by routes 12 and 23.
