Core Services: 

  • Rent and utility financial assistance for those meeting eligibility requirements -Louisville Metro Resilience and Community Services (LMRCS)
  • Assessment and referral in a variety of areas: employment and training, behavioral and academic problems, alcohol or drug abuse, domestic violence and other mental health concerns 
  • Screening for Kentucky Temporary Assistance Program (KTAP), 
  • Applications for SNAP (Food Stamps), Medicaid, Kentucky Temporary Assistance Program (KTAP) and Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) -Department of Community Based Services (DCBS)
  • Child abuse intervention and prevention 
  • Counseling and intervention, especially as a prevention of more serious problems 
  • School Social Services and Truancy Prevention- Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS)
