MetroCall 311 will soon be Metro311!

MetroCall 311 is changing its name to reflect ALL of the options the public can use to reach city services.  Currently, citizens can reach us through so many more ways than just a phone call.  We’re available via email, online, Live Chat, Twitter, and the Metro311 App.  In the near future we will be rolling out new customer service software, Accela, which will allow Metro311, other Metro Agencies, and the citizens of Louisville  to track service requests from start to finish.  Citizens will continue to be able to submit requests directly to Metro agencies, yet it will be via the Accela online portal and mobile app, which will be more efficient for the citizen.   Don’t  worry – if you need assistance and not sure who can help, we’re still only a phone call away!
