  • Acquisitions and Contracts
    Works with IT contracts, purchasing, partners and vendors to manage Louisville Metro's overall IT acquisition and contract landscape.
  • Data
    The Data Officer runs the city’s open data website, data governance team, data analytics projects, data warehousing, external partnerships, and automation across the city.
  • IT Operations
    We support services across Louisville Metro Government that include Voice over IP phone systems; wired telecommunication systems; all network devices such as wireless access points; routers, and switches; maintaining servers; installation, operation, and maintenance of data centers including all non-cloud based onsite storage; and all network infrastructure connecting all Louisville Metro Government agencies’ computing systems to each other and the internet.
  • Security
    Responsible for the Louisville Metro Government information security program. Committed to protecting the information of citizens, city employees and affiliates.
  • MetroTV
    MetroTV is our award-winning video department live online, on cable TV, AT&T U-verse and YouTube.
