NDF Application Request

All NDF (Neighborhood Development Fund) Applications require sponsorship from a council member therefore you must request an application from a council office.  While the request can be made to any council member's office you may want to utilize the "My Louisville Tool" in order to find what district your organization is geographically located in.  Speaking with your council member regarding your request may also assist in expediting your application so that it garners the necessary support that it needs to move forward in the process.

*Please remember you must also complete the NDF training by clicking on the following link before filling out and submitting your NDF request.

**NDF applications must be filled out using the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (using third party software will cause the original form to become unstable and crash).   A free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader can be obtained at the folling link, https://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=KLXME.

***Please do not use old applications (older than 3 months) as the application is periodically updated and revised.   Doing so can cause your organization to be required to fill out the application again and potentially delay your request.
