Metro Council Open Records Requests
Please note: The current response time has been extended pursuant to Acts, Chapter 73, of the 2020 regular session, Section 1(8), which allows agencies 10 days to respond to an open records request as long as the original Governor’s Executive Order 2020-215 declaring an emergency stays in effect. If you have questions or need additional assistance, please call (502) 574-3902.
Need to submit an open records request to the Metro Council Clerk? You may obtain general records (ordinances, meeting minutes, etc.) in the following ways:

- Submit your request in writing via mail, fax or hand delivered to:

Open Records request for individual members of the Metro Council should be submitted to each Metro Council member and/or staff person in care of their District Office.
