The Louisville Metro Council voted 20 to 4 to approve a resolution that supports medical caninabas legalization in Kentucky.

The Metro Council's Health and Education Committee, chaired by Councilwoman Angela Leet (R-7) and Councilwoman Vicki Aubrey Welch (D-13) held three town hall meetings to allow the public to ask questions and tell of their experiences with medical cannabis.

The Committee voted to move the Resolution before the full Council. Here is a  link to their meeting where approval was given.
