Paving
The Pavement Condition Index (PCI) is a numerical index between 0 and 100, which is used to indicate the general condition of pavement. The Department of Public Works considers streets having a PCI of 55 or below to be distressed, and prioritized for paving purposes. The FY21 budget provides funding to conduct an updated PCI study.
