What should I do if Metro Public Works has missed a garbage, recycling, or yard waste collection? 

Report the incident to Metro 311 here. If you don't receive a timely response, please contact the D8 Legislative assistant here. Include your address and the date of the missed service so that we can assist.

How can I stay up-to-date on trash/recycling pickup schedules and delays?

We are so thankful for our Public Works team and the great work they do! The best way to stay up-to-date is to download the Recycle Coach app or review the Public Works website.  

When will my road be paved? 

To find our if your road is on the three year paving schedule, visit this link. Search for your address and add the "Metro Street Paving by FY" layer in the menu. Paving decisions are based on an index that takes into account metrics about the quality of the road. 

What should I do if I have a sidewalk in need of repair? 

If you have a sidewalk in need of repair, please report it to Metro 311 here.

What should I do if I have an alley in need of repair?

Public works has developed a three year paving plan for alleys in which alleys in the worst condition will be repaired first. You can view the status of your alley on this map by adding the "alley" layer in the menu. You can view the three year alley paving plan here.
