ENFORCEMENT
- Post 574-LMPD crime tip line in break rooms, employee bathrooms or other employee gathering areas
- Donate to the Louisville Police Foundation
INTERVENTION
- Conduct conflict resolution trainings in your organization
- Conduct bystander intervention trainings such as Green Dot
PREVENTION
- Hire a SummerWorks employee
- Create a companywide community volunteer or paid mentorship policy
- Donate funding to local prevention efforts
- Donate to drug and alcohol prevention efforts and drug rehabilitation facilities
- Share common signs of drug abuse and overdose with all employees
- Share information about resources to help with addiction
- Provide drug crisis line and other community resources to employees
COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION
- Encourage employees to become One Love Louisville Ambassadors
- Encourage employees to join a One Love Louisville Work Group
- Partner with local community-based agencies, schools or houses of faith to develop programs and initiatives in your area
- Sponsor a Brightside cleaning in your neighborhood
- Make sure minority-owned businesses are among your vendors

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE & DEVELOPMENT
- Apply for a Metro Government Board or Commission
- Allow employees to use paid time to work on One Love Louisville Work Groups
- Implement a racial equity tool to assess hiring and compensation practices
- Take advantage of the Federal Bonding program
- Develop internal support groups for individuals with limited work experiences
- Become a “B corporation” using business as a force for good and a solution to social and environmental challenges
RE-ENTRY
- Implement restorative justice practices (i.e. support the Ban the Box campaign)
