Paristown Preservation Trust is using the lot at 814 Vine St. as parking for the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts-run Old Forester's Paristown Hall. The development agreement with Paristown Preservation Trust was signed in February 2017. Metro Council approved the sale of the property through a surplus resolution in August 2019.
